One of my first posts on my blog was about brunch, and I had mentioned Bagatelle with it’s dancing brunch.  Finally my friends and I tried a brunch where you dance and eat in the daytime but it was not at Bagatelle, since Bagatelle is temporarily closed (KEY WORD TEMPORARILY).  We went around the corner to STK rooftop.  To read my review continue..

Starting with the food, it is ok, nothing amazing, but the french toast is one of the better ones in NYC.

Some of the Options on the Menu at STK

The ambiance is typical meatpacking pretentious, the crowd had some really hot people and some jersey shore rejects.

This was our view

The staff was extremely friendly which is definitely odd for the area.

The prices are expensive for brunch but tamer than its competition Beaumarchais (it’s a bit insane), pitchers of mojitos and sangria run for about 85 here.

Can You See The Sparklers?

Overall is it recommended? Yes you will have a different experience at brunch and if you are like me and get sleepy by midnight (I have been partying for about 12 years now), you will like dancing to party rockers with a mimosa in your hand and not waking up hung over.  Here are the final words on STK Rooftop, it is a lot of fun but it is not INSANE.

Doesn't it Remind you of St. Tropez?

If you guys have been to any other places in the city with the same concept, I would love to hear from you!!!!!!!!!!!
