As you can see there was a lot of sheer in the the fall collections but you don’t have to be Fergie to pull the look off! There are ways you can incorporate a sheer piece and not feel like you are displaying yourself in your undergarments. For example you can wear a crochet dress with a short slip, or a full sleeve sheer blouse with a a lacy camisole. There are loads of way to make the look wearable!
Here Christian Siriano (yup from project runway) gives sheer a more lady like silhouette, which is totally wearable for any shape:
