Last week’s post on gossip girl style influence had hinted at the return of the headbands and VOILA I see two different women in ensembles with headbands.  Above the picture is of Kalki Koechlin in Sabyasachi at a festival in Morocco.  Sabyasachi’s past runway show had loads of headbands with Indian wear.  If you have been attending Delhi Weddings, you would also see that embellished headbands are becoming a part of Indian fashionista’s closet.  While Sabyasachi paired his ethnic wear with the headbands, a designer duo from Italy paired them with dresses.

Above is Dianna Agron in Dolce and Gabbana.  When I saw both these women this week, I realized that headbands have become an accessory fashionista’s all over the globe can style.  Both women wore very different outfits, but had the common embellished headband.  The question is will you be wearing one?  You know the answer for me is YES!
