During this frigid climate, walking in Manhattan can sometimes be painful. While ordering takeout and watching movies is an option, the prolonged winter days can sometimes feel never-ending. Some of my favorite moments this year had something to do with one man, and his name is Mario Batali. I thank him for some of the best pizza and pasta I’ve had in New York. I spent a lot of time at OTTO this year indulging in pizza and wine. In 2011 I predict major gluttony at Mario’s new culinary spot, Eataly.

Another fab food find in 2010 was macaroons. I became a fan in France, but found them everywhere in NY. This was the fashionable dessert of 2010.

With all these yummy finds in 2010, I will now be looking for a good trainer in 2011!
