The post of the last red lips, got lots of inquiry’s of what red lipstick I was wearing, I thought it would be great to show you how I achieved the lips!

Before I picked the red lipstick I put out query’s on twitter on what red lipsticks were popular.  Everyone seems to love the MAC Ruby Woo.  I have yet to try it, but for all of you out there, it might be for you!  Red lips are hard to pull off, because there are so many shades, and you have to find the right one for your complexion.  I was lucky to find the right color for my skin color at the Dolce &Gabbana counter. But before I actually applied the lipstick that night….

I wanted my lips to look soft, so I needed them to be hydrated, I drank loads of water…

Eight Glasses really do make a difference!

I also exfoliated my lips that day to get rid of any dry skin:

I use a lip exfoliater, what do you use?

After all that prepping I was ready for my lipstick and lip liner

Lipstick first, and then lip liner for the red lips!

And Voila!!!

Hmmm something is missing?
